- The item have been discarded, destroyed, lost or damaged through absolutely no fault of our own;
- The item have been misused, mishandled or neglected, improper or inadequate care, negligence, damage or abnormal conditions;
- The item has been involved in any accident or damage caused by improper attempted modification or repair;
- The item has been handled or used contrary to our instructions or the manufacturer's instructions;
- The item has been installed improperly or by unauthorized personnel.
2. Guarantee of services
2.1 Glass installation warranty
The special adhesive used to glue the glass into your vehicle will cure over a period of time depending on the environmental conditions at the location where your vehicle is parked.
To allow enough time for the adhesive to dry without compromising the sealing layer, follow the instructions below after replacing the glass on your vehicle within 24 hours:

The warranty conditions are valid if the windshield is sealed and there are no sources of corrosion on the windshield frame. The warranty period is 5 years.
2.1.1 Warranty period for additional materials
Warranty period is 14 days for all additional consumable materials replaced during installation of the glass (including moldings, plastic covers, clips, covers of sensors and cameras installed on the glass, etc.) provided if there is no mechanical damage to these elements.
2.1.2 Exceptions
The warranty does not apply to the installation of glass in cases where:
- Discovery of corrosion in the place of glass installation.
- Installation of the glass in the rubber seal.
- Windshield heating is checked as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Breakage of the side or rear tempered glass after 14 days from the date of installation is not covered by the warranty.
- Moisture on the glass after starting the engine may be a result of condensation and is not covered by the warranty.
- In rare cases, installing a windshield with the Head Up Display function may cause a slight loss of projected image clarity. This feature is not covered by the warranty.
- Optical distortions in the visible part of the rear window as well as dots in the visible part of the rear window in the silkscreen area are acceptable during glass production and do not constitute grounds for replacing the installed glass under warranty.
- Minor discrepancies in the form of silkscreen (up to 10 mm) are not a warranty case.
- Minor (up to 5 mm) technological gaps between the glass and interior elements are not a warranty case.
- The shape of the filament heating zones, the distance between the filaments, the shape of the filaments, and their color-reflecting characteristics may vary depending on the make and model of the vehicle and the glass manufacturer. No claims are accepted for color reflectivity characteristics of the filaments. Differences in the shape of the heating zones, the distance between the filaments and their shape are not covered by the warranty.
- Glare and reflection on the windshield is a property of the vinyl film and is not a reason to replace the glass under warranty. Inclusions and bubbles between windshield layers are acceptable as long as the maximum length of the inclusion does not exceed 1.5 mm and the maximum diameter of the bubble does not exceed 1.5 mm and are not grounds for replacement under warranty. No more than two inclusions/bubbles between layers per glass are allowed.
- The presence of air bubbles of no more than 10 mm diameter in the mounting area of the rain sensor is acceptable and does not affect the operation of the car's automatic wiper system, and is not grounds for replacing the glass under warranty.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage to the vehicle while it is at the PAVEL AUTO GLASS INSTALLATION L.L.C. SP installation center is shared between the parties. All claims regarding the quality of the work performed are accepted at the specialized installation centers of PAVEL AUTO GLASS INSTALLATION L.L.C. SP by appointment at the telephone number indicated on the website.
- If PAVEL AUTO GLASS INSTALLATION L.L.C. SP is unable to repair or replace the glass within the warranty period, PAVEL AUTO GLASS INSTALLATION L.L.C. SP reserves the right to refund the amount originally spent by the customer on the repair at PAVEL AUTO GLASS INSTALLATION L.L.C. SP.

- Slamming car doors
- Inserting passes/tickets under the car window
- Remove duct tape from the installed auto glass
- Tint the installed glass
- Exceed the speed limit of 60 km/h
- Install various devices (navigator, antiradar) on the windshield
- Raise the car on an elevator, jack, tow truck
- Parking the vehicle on the curb
- Lower the side window after replacing the side window, if it is attached with adhesive
- Wash the vehicle under pressure
- Do not lower the side windows while driving after replacing the rear windshield.
Recommended:
- Replace the wiper blades
- Do not clean the glass without using windshield washer fluid
- Do not expose your vehicle's windows to extreme temperature fluctuations
2.2 Glass tinting warranty
The warranty for tinted glass is 1 year from the date of the work

- Film folds and creases detected at the time of acceptance of work;
- Air bubbles;
- Dust between the film and the glass;
- Clearance and gaps between the film and the glass seal identified at the time of acceptance of the work;
- The film is detached from the glass;
- Scratches on the film caused by the master (detected at the time of acceptance of works).
2.2.1 Exceptions
The warranty does not apply to tinted glass:
- Any mechanical damage to the film or glass caused by the fault of the owner of the car or due to circumstances beyond his control (actions of third parties).
- In case of non-compliance with the established rules* and recommendations of the technician for operation
2.2.2 Operating Information on using a vehicle with tinting
- Do not use the windshield lifters for 4 to 6 days: tinted windows must be closed to prevent the film from peeling off the glass. Wait until all moisture has completely evaporated from under the film.
- Do not use rear window heating for 4-6 days, in order to evaporate the moisture evenly and to avoid white streaks on the glass.
- For 4-6 days, do not wash or wipe the glass from the interior, and in the future do not use hard or metal sponges, so as not to scratch the film.
- While using the vehicle, we recommend regular cleaning of dust and sand from the rubber seals of the door cards, since such dirt, especially while using the window lifter, can damage the tinting film.
